We’re passionate about delivering top-quality Wellbeing lessons to students and helping you to feel excited about teaching them by eliminating planning time. Our Irish-designed suite of Digital Teaching Packs and accompanying Student Journals (workbooks), help teachers deliver their Wellbeing lessons with ease. It’s the optimum way of providing a cost-effective Wellbeing Programme to Junior Cycle and Transition Year students while saving you precious time. Our programme allows teachers to simply teach - all the preparation and planning is done for you!

How It Works
  • Step 1: Your school chooses the Teaching Pack(s) they would like.
  • Step 2: You create an account for your school, subscribe to your chosen Teaching Pack(s) and then add the email address of each Wellbeing Teacher in your school.
  • Step 3: Student Journals can be ordered by submitting a bulk order form & email it to us at for direct delivery to your school. Alternatively, Student Journals can be purchased in bookstores around the country. (See list of stockists here).

All Digital Teaching Packs feature Key Skills, Statements of Learning and Wellbeing Indicators, as well as Subject Plans, Assessments, Schemes of Work, Appendix I, Posters and Additional Resources.

Meet The Team

We are three teaching colleagues who have worked together to create a Junior & Senior Cycle Wellbeing Programme in our own school. Over the last number of years we have designed, written and taught a suite of over 150 Wellbeing Lessons (over 100 hours), to deliver to Junior & Senior Cycle students.
